The Approach

  • Open and Transparent: I do not work on fear. There is a lot to know about the web and I will never force or scare you into paying for something you don’t need or understand. I will always offer ideas that make sense for your project and be willing to explain them at any length.

  • Knowledge & Experience: I know what I know and what I don’t. If I don’t know the answer I will either find it or hire someone who does.

  • Pay Per Project: No clock-watching or wondering if the time spent on a project has been exaggerated. I will setup a budget at the beginning and give you a breakdown of the anticipated hours spent. I will work until the job is done, not until I’ve used up all the time paid for.

  • First class only: Finding a work/life balance is always a process, but it is my continued goal to not to take on too many clients or projects that any project gets bumped or any client feels ignored.

  • Communication: Being able to openly communicate is the most important part of any relationship. I strive to give regular updates and meet any issues head-on.

One Size Fits All—Or Not

You know what I hate? Hats that are one size fits all. I have a bigger head than most (inches, not arrogance) and those hats never fit my head. Whether or not your head fits into one of those hats, the web is much more complex and everyone is looking for something different. But there are a variety of areas where I can help you.
